Using MedAligna as a nurse or caregiver

My shifts is your rota. Add it to your phone's home screen and it behaves like an app. You can also create a calendar link and subscribe to it, so your shifts appear alongside everything else in your life.

Open shifts you are eligible for are offered to you. First to claim gets it. You can offer a shift for swap, and a manager approves the trade.

Clock in and out from Time clock, or from the shared tablet with your own PIN. Request time off from Requests — you can see your balance before you ask.

They see your shifts, your hours and the credentials you upload. They cannot see your PIN. Your home address and the last four of your social security number, if your employer records them for Nursys, are visible only to an owner or an admin — not to your scheduler and not to colleagues.
