Sharing who is on call without a login

Publish a board and you get a URL anybody can open — the switchboard, the ED, a referring practice. No account, no password, nothing to administer. This is usually the reason groups move off Amion.

It shows who is on call and how to reach them, in the facility's own timezone, and nothing else. No pay, no personal detail, no other week.

Rotate the token. The old URL stops working immediately and a new one is issued; anything already published under the old link is unaffected.
