Running a self-scheduling window
Let staff pick their own shifts inside your rules.
For owners, admins and schedulers
Open, fill, close
Open a window over a date range. Staff see the unfilled shifts they are eligible for and take the ones they want. When it closes, you fill whatever is left the usual way.
The window opens and closes in the site's own timezone, not the server's — so 09:00 on Monday means 09:00 where the work happens.
Limits
You can cap how many shifts one person may take, so the same three people do not claim the entire month in the first ten minutes.
